Physical Activity and Strength Training for Health and Beyond!
It is important for ALL family members to be physically active. Regular physical activity is essential for healthy growth and development. It plays a key role in building strong bones and muscles, improving cardiovascular fitness, and maintaining a healthy weight/height relationship. It also reduces risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes, and improves mental health and academic performance.
Check out our handy new handout that Dr. Unger and team put together. Get the whole family involved with these strength training and cardio circuits!
